Location: Koh Samui, Thailand

Are you an experienced Executive Chef looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a tropical paradise? Maraleina Sports Resort is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to oversee the Clubhouse Restaurant and deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operations related to the F&B outlets, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and freshness of all products.
• Create innovative menus, and plan events, workshops, and cooking classes.
• Ensure promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes while implementing hygiene policies.
• Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of performance.
• Monitor food and labor costs, manage budgets, and track expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to create special thematic evenings and attend special events.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of culinary education and experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in BOH systems, ordering, and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a hands-on approach.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Thai nationality only.

Salary Package:

• 60,000 THB
• 15,000 THB Housing Allowance
